Step One Lightly sand your pieces

Step 2 Choose your paint I chose Chromacryl Magenta. Paint all your scalloped edges both sides I overlapped about an inch Lightly sand after paintingYou can paint the back page if you want to.I'm going to cover mine with paper

Step 3 Choose your paper I'm using some I downloaded from the net and printed onto double sided coated paper. You can use any scrapbook paper you have on hand

Step 4 Trace around your book for exact size and glue your paper to the pages (see Pictures) Next Week we'll decorate and put the book together

Now we're getting to the good stuff
Gather your precious memories scan and size them to fit your book plus get all your decorative bits together.

I used embossed stickers some beautiful jewels that I had and my holiday snaps from Springbrook. Place them where you think they look best and use acid free scrapbooking glue to stick them on.
I used photo corners for a bit of extra decoration
Don't put anything on your pink edges,there's something special for them,but that's next week

Ok Time to finish I bought this wonderful lacy edging tape and finished my book with ribbon and a lovely high heel shoe keyring my daughter gave me
